Refund policy

If you want to apply a refund, in principle, you must contact us at shop@monsterti.com first. After received your refund request, you will get your paid money if your order meet the criteria.

But now, you just need to click the link text "Request a Return" and apply.

Notice: Once your package has been dispatched, the refund policy will not apply.

The refund policy applies to the following situations:

Shortages

When we received a notice of your order, we will notify you by email when there is a shortage of stock, and you can apply for a refund directly at this time.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your order in 2 to 5 working days, for different colors or customized logos. however, during busy periods our picking and packing time maybe 5-7 days. Please allow picking and packing time. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will let you know by email and offer you a solution, you can decide to continue your order or cancel it.

Wrong purchase

If you have purchased a wrong size or unsuitable product, you can cancel the order before shipping and request a refund.

Lost / Undelivered Items

Please note that the Third Party Logistics Service Provider does not consider an item lost/undelivered until 10 working days (Monday-Friday) after the due date of delivery. Therefore, we won't send replacement items before this time elapses, also you cannot apply for a refund in this period. Once confirmed that the item is lost/undelivered, you can apply for a refund or we will send replacements for you.

Note:

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us to include all relevant information to the delivery.
  • Please note that the tracking numbers of your parcel can be traced online on most occasions.
  • Refunds cannot be requested while the item is in transit.

Return and exchange

Damages and issues

Please check your order after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will coordinate a return or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Your refund will not be available until we have received and accepted your exchange request, your repurchased order has been fulfilled and we have received your returned item, wish you can understand.

Refunds due to returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. 

Exceptions 

  1. Products that use discount codes to participate in discount promotions are not eligible for return and exchange policies.
  2. Although we describe the specifications and parameters of the goods in as much detail as possible, we cannot avoid the purchasing decisions made by some customers out of irrational consumption. Most of our products need to be customized and shipped after the buyer places an order. Therefore, we do not accept any no-reason return or refund policy after purchase. For example: EU 14-day cooling-off period。

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
